Recipe: Egg Roll In A Bowl

Egg Roll In A Bowl
makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
ground turkey, 1 lb
cabbage, 1 medium head
carrots, 2-3 medium
bamboo shoots, 8oz can drained
water chestnuts, 8oz can drained
reduced sodium soy sauce, 4-6 Tbsp
dried minced onion, 1 Tbsp
garlic powder, 1 tsp
ground ginger, 1 tsp
sesame oil, 1 Tbps (optional)
salt, to taste

Directions:
[1] In large pan over medium-high heat, brown ground turkey until cooked thoroughly.
[2] Chop cabbage and carrots into small, coleslaw-sized pieces.
[3] Add cabbage, carrots, and all remaining ingredients, reduce heat to medium-low, and let simmer for 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
[4] Taste and adjust salt as needed. That's it! Time to eat!! :)
