makes 10-12 servings (1/2 cup each)
Ingredients:
black beans, 15oz can drained & rinsed
black eyed peas, 15oz can drained & rinsed
corn, 15oz can, drained
diced tomatoes, 15oz can drained
diced green chilis, 4oz can drained
dried minced onion, 1 Tbsp (or substitute fresh onion)
italian dressing, 1 cup
Directions:
[2] Cover and let sit in fridge at least an hour to let flavors combine.
[3] Grab some chips or other delivery devices, and it's time to eat!! :)
